Isuzu is celebrating a very important milestone with this: the Isuzu D-Max 'Centurion'. Just 100 examples will be brought to the UK, and it's on sale from 9 April - the 100th day of the year. There's no prizes for guessing which anniversary Isuzu intends to mark.
Yes, the Japanese brand is celebrating 100 years since it first set up shop in Tokyo, and the special D-Max is suitably equipped for the occasion. Starting from £30,995 (excluding VAT) Isuzu claims it adds up to £11,000 worth of optional extras into the price.

Exterior tweaks include 19-inch black and silver 'Hurricane' alloys fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Zero tyres, front side and rear skirts, stainless steel side bars and silver roof bars. A chunky 'Alpha Sports' tonneau cover is also added, with remote locking and eye-catching buttresses. LED daytime running lamps complete the look.
Inside, you'll find a Centurion leather trim upgrade, illuminated door guards, and a branded loadbed rug. An Alpine eight-inch touchscreen entertainment system brings six speakers, an active subwoofer and a rear-view camera, while rear-seat passengers can enjoy a ceiling mounted 10.2-inch monitor with a DVD player and two wireless headphones.
The Isuzu D-Max is unchanged mechanically, with the same 2.5-litre twin-turbo diesel producing 161bhp and 400Nm of torque. It also retains a five-year, 125,000 mile warranty as standard.
