The Toyota Yaris Hybrid range has been updated with two new specifications, Active and Sport.
The Active model costs from £14,995, making it the new entry-level car in the Yaris Hybrid line-up. Like all Yaris Hybrids it's free to tax, thanks to emissions of 75g/km of CO2 and fuel economy of 85.6mpg. It's also currently exempt from the London congestion charge.
Standard equipment includes dual-zone climate control, a trip computer, electric front windows and split-folding rear seats.
The Sport model starts at £16,995 and gets 16-inch alloys, a rear spoiler, tinted windows and Toyota's multimedia system combined with a DAB radio as standard. You can also specifiy optional extras such as the Skyview panoramic roof for £550.
With its larger wheels the Sport model is less efficient than the Active - it emits 82g/km of CO2 and returns 78.5mpg fuel economy. It's still free to tax, though.
