This is the Suzuki Air Triser concept and the third installment of Suzuki’s Tokyo Motor Show concept line up. It’s a three-row compact MPV which features a versatile interior layout to give it the feeling of a ‘private lounge.’
• Suzuki Ignis Trail concept is tiny but tough
When parked, the interior of the Air Triser can be configured to a relaxation mode, where the seats swivel to face each other or can be arranged in a lounge mode, where the seats will move to form a u-shaped sofa.
Those inside are also able to project media from their smartphones onto a large digital display inside the car that extends from the B-pillar up to the roofline.
• Suzuki Mighty Deck pick-up revealed
Proportionally, the Air Triser has a whiff of VW Microbus about it, particularly in its two-tone colour scheme. It’s powered by a 1.4-litre dual-jet engine which is aided by an electric motor. There is no official word as to whether Suzuki will put the car into production.
