Mazda's fourth-generation MX-5 hasn't been around for long, but the Japanese firm has released a a new range-topping limited edition model. The Sport Recaro edition is available to order now and priced from £24,295.
It's exclusively available with the 2.0-litre 158bhp engine and Soul Red or Ceramic Metallic paint. Exterior enhancements include a Sports Aero Kit with black boot spoiler, front lip spoiler and skirts at the side and rear. Piano black door mirrors and new diamond-cut 17-inch alloy wheels complete the look.
Inside, in keeping with the name, you'll find new Alcantara-trimmed Recaro seats with red piping. They're also heated and designed to provide increased lumbar and lateral support over the standard chairs. Alcantara trim features on the dash, too, while alloy pedals and unique floor mats are added.
The Recaro Edition is £1,000 more than the previously top-spec 2.0i Sport Nav on which it's based. That means you get sat-nav, a DAB radio, parking sensors and climate control, plus the uprated Blistein dampers and limited-slip differential.
