After Ford launched its first 'Vignale' with the Mondeo last year, the premium sub-brand now has three new models. The facelifted Kuga, newly-launched Edge and S-MAX MPV have been given the Vignale treatment at the Geneva Motor Show.
All three receive the same treatment as the Mondeo inside and out, with additional chrome trim, new grille designs and unique paintwork. The Edge Vignale was shown in a distinctive 'Ametista Scura Brown', while the Kuga debuted a new 'White Platinum' scheme.
Glossy 19-inch polished alloy wheels completes the transformation on all three. Inside, you'll find hexagonal-quilted 'Windsor' leather trim surrounding the seats, dashboard and doors, with bespoke stitching. All models also showcase the latest 'Sync 3' touchscreen infotainment system.
Ford's big push of its new Vignale brand is a response to the vast majority of its larger models being ordered in top-spec Titanium trims. Offering a more expensive, exclusive and luxurious spec gives increased profit potential.
