The Nissan GT-R was updated for 2016 earlier this year, and then we saw the NISMO version at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Now Nissan has revealed details for the GT-R Track Edition, which sits as a halfway house between the two versions we've seen previously, priced from £91,995.

As the name suggests, it's a track-focused version of the supercar, with some NISMO-inspired tweaks to make it even better to drive on a racetrack.

Bilstein suspension set up to improve high-speed stability, a lightweight anti-roll bar and 20-inch aluminium wheels all help add to the car's performance on track, and there's a wider front bumper as well. A carbon spoiler at the back fits onto an optional carbon boot lid.

Inside there's Recaro sports seats and a Track Edition badge on the dashboard. There's an option to have the seat backs in carbon as well. The new interior design from the latest GT-R includes a new eight-inch touchscreen and an 11-speaker sound system.

Power is unchanged over the standard GT-R, with the 3.8-litre V6 turbo petrol producing 562bhp and 637Nm of torque. The Nissan GT-R Track Edition is available now, with deliveries in early November in the UK.
