VW has launched a new Polo ‘Match Edition', following on from the Golf of the same name launched earlier this year. On sale now priced from £13,315, the Match Edition gains new infotainment tech and extra standard kit.
The special edition supermini comes as standard with Car-Net App-Connect, a usually optional blend of Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink tech. Previously only standard on the Polo Beats, the system also features a number of VW exclusive apps including a GoPro connect function and integrated Call & Remind to-do-list.
Further standard kit includes electric heated mirrors, an auto-dim rear view mirror, auto lights and wipers and parking sensors. Cruise control, automatic post-collision braking and 15-inch alloy wheels complete the new trim.
The Polo Match edition is available with the 1.0-litre petrol engine in 59bhp and 74bhp form, the 1.2 TSI 90 petrol (with either a manual gearbox or DSG automatic) and the 1.4 TDI diesel engine.
