The shortlist for the 2015 Garage of the Year is out. Does your local garage make the cut?

The shortlist for the UK’s 11 most trusted garages has been published. The competition for Garage of the Year highlights the best-rated garages in each of the regions across the UK.

Customers nominated garages from a selection of 8,000 over a three-month period, judging them based on excellent workmanship and first-class customer service.

Motor Codes, which organises the competition annually, is a government-backed regulatory body. It has a network of 8,000 garages, which feature in its online tool. Consumers can use the garage finder tool to locate their nearest and trusted government-approved garage wherever they may find themselves in the UK.

The online tool also allows motorists to read thousands of online customer reviews. This is pushed the quality of service and care within the industry.

Mark Terry, Managing Director of Motor Codes, said, “Motor Codes garages are providing first class service to motorists right across the UK, and we’re delighted to have this opportunity to celebrate the best in the business. These 11 regional winners are great ambassadors for the industry and they should be rightly proud of their achievement.”

The Garage of the Year award will be presented at the Auto Express Car of the Year Awards on 30 June 2015. Customers who voted have also been entered into a prize draw to win a supercar driving day at Thruxton.
